If you wish to volunteer you will need to have an updated CORI form on file. The form can be found in the attachment section at the bottom of the page. Print, complete and bring the form to the school office, to Linda Raymond. You will need to produce your license or passport when submitting the form. Once the CORI check is done and approved, it is valid for three years.
