In the spirit of Go Green, this on-line form allowing the teachers to submit funding requests for enrichment programs in an efficient manner and allow us to respond in a timely fashion.  Its very simple and easy to complete (scroll down and view it). Replies automatically populate a spreadsheet, and the PTO is automatically notified of the request via email.
