The Woburn Board of Health would like to announce that we will be holding a Citywide H1N1 Flu clinic. This clinic will be open for ages 10 and over. All children under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. This clinic is for the H1N1 shot only (No Mist).

Time: 10am-2pm
Where: Woburn Senior Center

This is a free clinic. There is no charge for the vaccine. This clinic is for the H1N1 vaccine ONLY- We DO NOT have any Seasonal Flu vaccine available.  This clinic is handicap accessible. Anyone requiring special accommodations please see one of the volunteers and we will be happy to assist you.
